SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.

SASSA will be rendering companies for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency mentioned it is alarmed about the significant quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries sassa to access SASSA services.

“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no completely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The assistance point developed for intervention ordeals a high influx of probable beneficiaries, that makes it tough to the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more info more assets to help the servicing of all customers and boost use of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
